Also during my work experience at a local interior design company, I designed and imagined my dream home, coming up with the features I desired the most. Whilst doing this, I learned two-point perspective drawing and how to bring my design to life using various coloured markers.

 

Using Vectorworks, an online design platform, I was able to create and refine my dream home. This was my first time using the software, and I really enjoyed the experience. I appreciated the chance to learn independently while also benefiting from tips and guidance from the experienced team members around me.

During my work experience at a local interior design company, I had the opportunity to learn how to survey a room. By taking precise measurements, I was able to use Vectorworks to accurately represent the space as well as its specific features.

 

This experience was greatly appreciated as it showed me the importance of precision and thoroughness in measurements, which is so important in interior design.
