This is definitely not a favorite of mine. I had to do a summer project for school, and ofcourse being the procrastinator that i am, this is what resulted from a tutorial I followed. It turned out okay, i do like the color scheme. Although the overall idea is not my style, I'm glad that i did learn a new technique and go out of my comfort zone.
I took this picture of my dog at the park near my house. This picture shows value because there are a lot of different shades of browns in it. It is fairly monochromatic for the most part as there is not a whole lot of color in it. The dirt my dog is standing on is a light brown color in the foreground but as you look towards the background down the hill you can see it getting to be a darker brown especially in the mud patches in the grass at the bottom of the hill. The line of trees in the background are also a different shade of brown. My dog is also a shade of brown to top it off, there is value in this picture because of all these different tints and shades of brown it is composed of.

The different colors of these cows represent the value-their lightness and darkness. The light colored cow in front is called Spock-due to his eyebrows.
Values are “ideals and general evaluative standards about what is desirable.” Our team has many values that we believe will lead us to success and are important to adhere to on a daily basis. One thing we value is winning, which leads to us to having a fighting mentality on the field and makes us very competitive in practice. We also value hard work and self-improvement because you should never be satisfied, but should always be striving to be better. We also value dedication to the team by not being negative, being at all team events, and being a good team member. These values help us set goals for the team and inspire us to achieve them.
These are the several practice value spheres I did in preperation for the value sphere drawing exercise.

The image exemplifies the element of art which is Value. The sky looks darker from the top of the picture and it slowly gets lighter as we move down the image. This picture was taken in Brooklyn.
