The image above is a storage box under my table. It represents value in the element of art. As you can see from the image, you will know that there is above it because the cover is brighter and the box that near the wall is way darker. From that, we can see the contrast easily.
We have not closed yet on this home, and the furnishings are the previous resident's, but this is the general look of the place. There is potential here, and we got it far below the market value.
