Properties

AC-220i, as an adhesion promoter in glassfiber reinforced or filler modified plastics increases filler dispersibility and improves numerous mechanical properties of the composites. Additionally, it reduce the fillers' sedimentation tendency in the uncured polymer. AC-220i also can improve resistance to water and corrosion. meanwhile, the mechanical properties can be adjusted with even greater precision by means of the dialkoxysilyl group. As textile finishing agents, silicones modified with AC-220i result in amino modified silicone fluids that are an ideal active ingredient in softener formulations for finishing fibers and textiles.

Applications

When used as an additive, Silane AC-220i meets the need of special primers in numerous bonding applications. Also can display a good adhesion in the followingsystems:

RTV silicones and hybrid silane-crosslinked sealants: improve the adhesion single & double component silicone-crosslinked sealants to a variety of substrates

Polysulfide sealants: better adhesion to glass, aluminum and steel

Plastic sealants: improve bonding to metal substrates and better performance

Additive in phenolic and epoxy molding compounds: improve wet electrical properties

Today and Monday I got to go to a class just for fun. It was a portrait workshop hosted by the Muskogee Art Guild. The first day we got some pointers and did a value study of two models. Today we turned one value study into a painting. I suppose if you were there the extra day you could have turned both into paintings.

We had set off up into the hills as the cloud started to break that morning. We came down again as the sun set.

Pint(s) earned.

a shot of the basement, and it still smells funny. no matter what... this is the one on 11th in Seattle

1. This photograph investigates the element of value. It is reflected since the sky is light just above the trees and gets progressively darker as you eye travels up throughout the picture.

2.The subject of the photograph is the tree on the right side. I approached the subject by placing it on the right side of the frame, and made sure that I left some room above the tree to capture the value in the sky.

3. I think the water glistening in the sunlight is the most visually striking because it really creates a nice mood and setting for the value in the photograph.

4. If I could re-shoot this photo I would try and remove the shadow that the trees cast. This brings down the effectiveness of the shot.

we used absolute value of sine because we needed something that would have the shape of a bouncing ball. because sine is a wave (periodic function) and absolute value is a pointed function, together they create the bouncing effect. we had to expand the length and the height to fit the mold of the shoes

In today's world, where money is losing its value, this picture gives us a peek into the future.

My daughter's draw above refers to the value. the sea waves were clear by making some part light and others more darker. the above wave show low key value and the lowest wave show the high key value.

1) This image investigates value. The coral green goes to an orange colour closer to the surface.

2) The subject matter is the colours in the water and the contrast of the green leaves around it.

3) I think that what is visually striking in this image is the bright orange in the water and the rocks surrounding it.

4) If i could re shoot this photo I would want to zoom out because there are these giant stones beside this image called "teacups" and it would make the picture more beautiful.

Family Values Tour 2007!

Saturday, July 28th, 2007 at Nissan Pavilion.

Got caught bring in the real camera...so had to resort to the Moto Q. Not a bad quality considering our distance and my drunkenness. :) It was like 90 degrees!

FYI - Evanescence is an alternative rock band from Little Rock, Arkansas.

I only got decent shots of the band from the monitors. Their light crew and show was AMAZING and BRIGHT! I could only get shots during the “slow” songs. She and the rest of the band move around on stage faster than squirrels on crack!! Second-time seeing this band...they STILL ROCK!!!

Values matter for sustainability and innovation! Prof. Henning Breuer discussed the concept of values-based innovation with Philip Baumann (Ecosia) and Roman Meier-Andrae (TÜV Nord Mobilität) at Berlin’s cosy Tangoloft. Their fishbowl discussion was the opening event for the 4th International Conference on New Business Models, which took place from 1st to 3rd July at ESCP Europe's Berlin Campus.

Tibetan Buddhists value knowledge and wisdom. Other than spending their days chanting, these monks would meet regularly under these trees to challenge each other intellectually and philosophically.

The challenger would stand up, swing his prayer beads across his other arm and clap his hands very loudly. At the same time, he yells his question to his fellow monk, who sits humbly and listens before making a reply.

It is said that animals and insects that rest in the trees have much to gain from the chatter as they slowly absorb knowledge and wisdom from the debating monks.
