VIEWERS FIX THAT AMOUNT IN THE CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS.
Nineteen Thousand dollars were fixed as the value of the Dallas and Kingston Turnpike by the viewers who heard the condemnations. The viewers in their report which was filed in the clerk of courts office say: The length of the turnpike, road of the Dallas and Kingston Turnpike Road Company is four and one-half miles and 5.55 rods over, all of which is located within the county of Luzerne. And we, the jury of view, do find and report that it is for the best interests of the people of Luzerne county that said turnpike road, so located in Luzerne county, and commencing at or near the village of Dallas, and leading thence to the mill formerly of Rice and Bro., near the Luzerne Borough line in Kingston Township, should be condemned, and be made free from tolls and toll gates, and we do hereby condemn said turnpike road aforesaid for public use free from tolls and gates. A draft of the said turnpike road hereby condemned for public use, free from tolls and toil gates, is hereto attached and marked "Ex. B," and shows definitely the point at which said turnpike begins and ends, and the entire length and location of said turnpike road hereby condemned for public use, and which said draft is made a part of this report.
We, the Jury of view, do assess the damages to which the Dallas and Kingston Road Company, the owner of said turnpike road condemned by us, as set forth in the foregoing paragraph is entitled to for condemning said turnpike for public use free from toll and toll gates at the sum of nineteen thousand $19,000 dollars, and we do assess said damages of nineteen thousand dollars in favor of the said Dallas and Kingston Turnpike Road Company, and against the county of Luzerne for condemning said turnpike road for public use free from tolls and toll gates.

The road is a listed building! I had no idea of this when I took the shot.
MERTON STREET 1. 1485 Street surface of Merton Street SP 5106 SE 9/767 II 2. C18 and later cobbled street surface. Scenic value.
These pencil crayons represent the best example of value because it moves from dark purple to light pink. Shallow depth of field occurs when your eyes are moving from one end of the crayon to the other to focus on the changes from dark to light. I used bugs eye view, close up and symmetrical balance.
The opportunity to go to school every day is not something that people around the world are able to do. In Mexico parents value an education and want their children to go to school. Many families cannot afford to feed their family every day, but find the money to send their children to school.
