I chose this picture for my Element of Design for my value picture because I thought it brought out the difference in shades between the light blue and black.

Value represents the gradient of one color to another. In photography, value represents the illusion of brightness down to darkness of a photo.
ahhhh yes another freaky photo. I had been wanting to do something like this for a while. Basically I trashed my face in photoshop. I made my eyes huge, liquified my face cut the picture in half and copyed one side and mirrored the picture. Don't know why, but it looks really really freaky. Scary thing is that I can smile like this and it will scare my wife, that is before I futz around with it in photoshop. Anyway, it is still crappy but it scares me, that is frightening, when you make something and you look at it and it scares you but hey maybe it will fare well ;)

With the connotation of Patriarchal values, family/ tribal customs and religious fundamentalism, Gender based violence in Pakistan is one of the potential threats that not only creates gender based imparities, but also had hinder the women progression towards the socio-economic attainment. Fighting against such discrimination and outdated norms, Peoples Common Struggle Center (PCSC) project ‘Pollinating the Power Against Gender Based Violence (GBV)’ is a step towards building women rights movement through the sensitization of young high school and college girls students, who would play their active role in amplifying their voices against gender based discrimination through SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN called (Personal is Political). During this project, young girls students of 4-5 high schools and colleges would be trained to actively engage for hands on SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN (Personal is Political) against gender based violence and connect other disconnected victimized voices to be heard at local and regional level.
This is my best example of texture because the texture of the shoe is evidently shown in the picture. The close up view emphasises on the texture of the shoe rather than the what is around it.
I feel like there is a lot of space to my design, but i feel like i should have added more color in the background to give it more of the feeling of depth.
There are a few different movements that take you to the outside of the picture and away from cirtain sports but by doing that it maks you want to focus at a spot.
the heaviest shape in my design is the triangles, and the wedgle of the boarder. it gives folcal points.
The space og my deisign has a balance of light and dark also of shapes making it feel balanced.

It seek to suggest new norms of ethical responsibility for decision makers and alternative value systems for weighing options and making choices. We will examine, propose and advocate for policies that embody these new norms and hold those who exercise power accountable to these values.
