Am 26. August waren wir zu Besuch bei "Flucht nach Utopia" von Metaversa e.V. an der Nürtingen Grundschule Berlin. Zu früh aus dem Cryo-Schlaf geweckt, mussten 23 Schüler und Schülerinnen aus unterschiedlichen Klassenstufen versuchen ihr Raumschiff zu reparieren. Dazu galt es Roboter zu porgrammieren um an im Raum versteckte Codes zu gelangen. Letztlich musste gemeinsam über den zukünftigen Reiseweg und Robotergesetze entschieden werden.

Artist Rory Macbeth painted the words of the entire novel “Utopia” by Sir Thomas More, on the old Eastern Electricity building off Westwick Street in Norwich. The artwork was completed during 2006 and was only expected to be there a year as the building was earmarked for demolition. The building is still very much standing in 2012, and I for one am really pleased about that, as it adds something special to the city in my opinion. Great piece of artwork.

Paul Murphy of the Destroyers. With Utopia - a multicultural folkloric music spectacular on three stepped stages flowing over the Victoria Square fountain. Part of the International Dance Festival Birmingham, it features Russian, Spanish, Indian, African and folk dance.
Insgesamt 26 Stationen luden dazu ein, das Klimaquartier Arrenbenberg zu erkunden und Transformation hautnah zu erleben.

My Utopia, My Perfect World, My Get A Way Zone. My Heaven On Earth, My Cloud 9, Most Important My Life. Oh Yea They Also Pay My Bills.
The Queen Elizabeth Hall and Hayward Gallery are closed for refurbishment.
Organised in collaboration with the National Trust, a set of tours was given in September 2015 of the site before the works commenced.
"More than four thousand stylistic drawings, ten scale models, one wind tunnel model, two 1:1 scale models and countless ideas,
research and experiments on eight complete prototypes for a team effort that lasted more than six years. We put our passion, effort
and sacrifice into creating something timeless and cutting-edge in terms of technology.
After being completely absorbed by this strenuous creative process, the ideals represented by the project became so intimate to me,
that any attempt to describe it would have seemed inadequate.
Almost by chance I came across an old article by Robert Puyal, in which he described the first Zonda in 1999 in a surprisingly insightful way,
following a principle of simplicity and elegance similar to what I have sought from day one in the new project.
So I suggested to my colleagues in the communication department to invite him and let him narrate this new stage of our journey..."

bestehend aus 8 Teilen,
auf Holzfüßen.
insg. 2,3 X 4,8 Meter
Collage,Malerei - Mischtechnik
Grellbunt teilweise chaotisch wirkt das in Mischtechnik
ausgeführtes Werk. Stellenweise ist die Fläche mit Collagen
aus Wellpappe oder Papier belegt,
mit Acryl teilweise aus der Airbrush-Pistole coloriert.
Oben und unten sind relativ.
Wasser, Erde und Himmel fließen ineinander über.
Die Vision eines friedlichen Zusammenlebens in einer Welt,
in der Unterschiede nicht zu Machtkämpfen herausfordern,
sondern eine Bereicherung darstellen.
Kaum hat der Betrachter an einer Stelle
eine Orientierung gefunden, wird dieselbe
ein kleines Stück weiter zerstört.
Großflächige farbige eher ruhige Elemente
heben das zentral gelegene Chaos gleichzeitig auch wieder auf.

Pagani of Singapore organised a display of the brand-new Utopia Roadster at Dempsey Hill on the 2nd of March, drawing what was possibly the biggest crowd in Cars & Kopi history, with easily double to triple the usual number of people coming to witness the hypercar make its public debut in Singapore.
