got up early and went out on bike along the bridgewater canal into lymm.
first frost of the winter and and was lovely also found a mobile phone along the canal so rang the first number in the contacts bit and it was the man's who had lost its wife she was from down south and her husband was staying up at his sisters just round the corner from ackers pit as he had buisness to do in liverpool anyway i got it back to him and he gave me a nice bottle of red wine

For those who follow football you will know Brighton & Hove Albion are now in the premier league with a new stadium however cast back 10 years in the lower leagues they played at Withdean Stadium a small athletics track on the outskirts of the city. Here Big Lemon Optare Solo YK55 ENM is seen outside their former home.

For the first time in so so long, I went back to Leeds First Friday!
Saturday night Gemma and I went back to the Marriott for a drink before going on to the Hifi Club to watch stand-up comedy, which was fantastic! It has become our new Saturday night place to go.
Afterwards we stopped off for a drink in Smokestack.
This is the lovely Sam who we met in the Marriott.
A UP SD40-2 leads an extra Butler - Proviso train south out of Butler as the snow comes down on a lovely winter's afternoon.

On Saturday the 8th of November 2014, Daylesford Spa Country Railway "DSCR" hosted a "Railfan Day" at their railway.
During the day they showcased:
- Y159 on a Mixed Goods
- 63RM & 544ZL
- Rail Motor Line Up
This is one of very few Heil F4000s I’ve seen in the last couple of decades which has the basic open back for manual loading, built entirely for kerbside clean-up. Off the top of my head this is also the only mammoth 28m body that has made it down to Australia, appropriate in capacity for the bulk waste job. Amongst a fleet of originally 10 side loaders, it was only this single rear loader taking care of booked clean-ups in Penrith, with additional trucks later supporting the demand in service. Definitely one of the cooler rear loaders living in the Sydney region!
