"Exploring Race, Representation, and History in Children's Literature" This session for early childhood teachers, hosted by Teaching for Change's D.C. Area Educators for Social Justice and Project Unlearn on 1/26/2019, provided time for early childhood teachers to explore how to address issues of race, representation, and history in developmentally appropriate ways. She was one day old when she joined Google+I dont think anyone can break her record ..and she is my second disciple learning or unlearning photography..her sister Marziya Shakir all of 4 years is a full fledged street photographer with her own fan following internationally.

The last one Zinnia Fatima is 6 month old she loves laptops as both my sons are in the computer field .
My only daughter has yet to gift me with a grand child.. so I am only a patrenal grand father for the records all three grand kids call me Dada ..
My life is fruitful because of my grand kids they have given a new meaning to my life or what remains of it .

IASMS strives to provide opportunities for students to participate in student impromptu speaking, debates, Business Plan presentations and cultural programs, all of which focus on overall student development. These small initiatives trigger confidence and the essence of team spirit that play a vital role in shaping the future of our MBA students.
14th June 2017, marked the Achievers Day celebrations recognizing the efforts of the students who excelled in various academic and non-academic inter class MBA competitions. The program was presided over by our honorable Chairman, Dr. T. Somasekhar. The program included a brief report of M.B.A. department activities presented by our Director, Dr. Rajasekar. This was followed by a beautiful video highlighting major activities organized by the department in the current semester. The prizes to the winners of various events were handed over by our Chairman and our Director. In his presidential speech our Chairman, Dr. T. Somasekhar emphasized on how education is exploring oneself and not merely confined to knowledge accumulation. As long as we consider ourselves a student all our life, we would benefit from learning the new and unlearning the old was the wisdom that he shared with our students. The event concluded with the students expressing their wholehearted appreciation and positive feedback for the events organized.

Innovation in the next economy is about much more than inventing. It’s about figuring out how and where you can add unique value. It’s about how fast you can unlearn, relearn and master new skills. It’s about how you engage others at a deeper, more humanistic and passionate level.
I was always bewitched by the concept of creativity. I flew through drawing, 3D animation, even building a room-sized Lego city – my childhood was a series of sequential obsessions getting out of my mind. When I settled on words and photos, it was pulling back the curtain for a stage set to the rest of my life. Writing was simply instinctual. I never worried beyond scrawling and typing my thoughts, and finding my voice was just time and practice. But the fascination in photography was the machine between me and an image, the rules presented to an early learner, and which I'd choose to break.
Endless possibility was a hindrance to my perspective. Sculptors and painters leave a fingerprint with their handiwork and brushstrokes, but what comes from a camera could be from anyone. So I decided to do less – a lot less. I didn't want to be limited by subject matter, but rather, recognized at a glance. So I chose one camera and one lens to be my companions for life. The first camera that clicked was the Canon 5d Mk II, for its lovely relationship with colour and light, and full-frame sensor fully utilizing the lens. I went with 50mm, because it's the distance your eye sees at. No wide angle or telephoto, a natural vision true as eyesight.
But my final limitation has caused fellow photographers some consternation. I locked my lens permanently wide-open to f1.4 – the maximum aperture. If you're unfamiliar with photography, that's comparable to an eye fully dilated in darkness, letting in all possible light. The obvious side-effect in bright conditions is that photos get blindingly overexposed without using your fastest shutter speeds. It also produces a narrow depth of field and gentle glow to every image. Fortunately, I'm deeply in love with those qualities. They've all helped to form the fingerprint of my photography. For you as a viewer, and for me, like the children I'll never have.
