Walking along the bridleway, amongst all the bluebells going to seed, was a single Helleborine.
It is white, have very slender leaves, and next to it was certainly what was once a another helleborine, more in keeping with other shots of sword-leafed that I saw on Google.
Anyway, if you have any ideas, let me know. Due to the deep wood setting, the shots are not the best, but should be able to identify.
Three unknown girls found while we were going through some old photographs held by the Anderson-O'Gara family. Neither my grandfather nor my grandmother could identify these young women, who were presumably friends of the Anderson family in Pensacola, Florida, during the 1920s and 1930s.
