I'm not sure what this one is, but there were a lot of them! It is about 20 mm long (I think) and was seen 31/3/2015 in Fairfield, Brisbane.
The Millenium Monument was designed by the world famous architect, Dr Ken Yeang to usher in the new millennium. However, due to some unknown reasons, the Millenium Monument was only open to the public on August 27, 2005. I was told that there were several time capsules been embedded at the tower site at the turn of the 21st Century. The messages in the time capsules will only be open and read in year 2020.
