Essa foi a segunda mani de Novembro para a B.U e usei a outra cor do mês, o Ventura. Ia fazer algo elaborado, mas gostei tanto dele puro assim que acabei deixando. Estava fazendo um calorão pelo RJ (E conta a novidade, Hta? xD) e sempre acho nesses dias uma boa pedida esmaltes vibrantes assim, ainda mais laranjas avermelhados/ vermelhos alaranjados. Ele é mais um desses que tem a cobertura meio "jelly" e, assim, o branquinho da unha fica mesmo aparecendo.
Apesar de combinar com o Natal, a minha mani da data só vou mostrar para vocês depois de 3 fotos que ainda estão atrasadas! rsrs Mas o que acharam do Ventura?
Usei:
- Nail Hardener (Mavala Scientifique);
- Base nutriverniz pró-fortalecimento (Colorama);
- 2 camadas do Ventura (B.U);
- Extra-brilho Aroma do Campo (Big Universo).
Ainda cheguei a tempo de desejar a todas um fim de Natal maravilhoso e que tenha sido regado de muito amor e carinho junto aos seus familiares e pessoas por quem tem apreço, fora presentenhos incríveis (Por que não? ;P)!

At last I have found a Mamiya U and a working one. People talk about it a lot, but frankly, except for the design and mysterious name, it’s a rather ordinary compact. People would like you to believe that the U is an Olympus XA copy, sadly, it isn’t. The camera is huge compared to the XA, it’s roughly the size of a Canon Sureshot first generation, but no AF, motordrive, or manual exposure.
Well, I think the design is nice with every control revolving around the lens hump, it is original and fresh. Trouble is, this is a scale focusing camera, no rangefinder like the XA and a very ordinary viewfinder. There is thumbwheel for advancing the film (like the XA series) and the rewind crank is flushed at the base plate, like the XA and other cameras (Konica, Pentax, etc).
By this time, AF was coming in force and this Mamiya (mine doesn’t have the Mamiya-Sekor lens inscription) has none of the technology offered by other rivals, except a very annoying (and loud) beeping that alerts you to switch on the flash.
The lens is a 35/2.8 five element lens, but from the pictures that I´ve seen taken with this camera, it’s nothing special. I think people associate the Mamiya name with medium format and conclude that this lens must perform like its bigger brothers.
I can understand the bare bones approach, by this time, Mamiya-Sekor was in deep trouble and soon they would stop production of 35 mm photo equipment, but they had enough time to launch an AF version of this camera.

I'm alive! I've been quite busy with life and unfortunately building with Lego has been a rare occasion for me, but while away at school I've been playing around with LDD. This is a result of that, and I'm quite happy with how it came out, so I figured I'd share!
I'm still not a fan of using LDD as I much rather build with actual bricks, it makes solving issues much easier, but I made do, and aside from some chunkier fuselage transitions and messy bits around angle transitions, I think it works well. I used Mad Physicist's U-2S as inspiration, borrowing the external canopy appearance and basic exterior fuselage sloping (can't tag him unfortunately). The front and rear landing gear are retractable and fit quite nicely into the fuselage, and the canopy is removable, though not hinged. I opted for a more basic load out, with basic nose cone and no under-wing pods, just because I like the very sleek and clean look it has without all the antennae and what not sticking out! I plan on ordering the parts and building the physical model sometime soon hopefully!

That is, the first three dots are his name, and the last one is just to end the sentence with. Y likes wearing a wash-basin on his head, for fear of alien invasion. He claims it is much better and safer than foil. U is a very attractive girl but a bit of a weirdie. However, life with Y and … would make anyone a weirdie. U thinks that the washbasin is much more suitable for bathing … when he comes home dirty all over. … thinks that no washbasin or any other remedy can help Y and that trying to be a normal tidy butterfly beside these two is, er, stupid — while all the normal butterflies are deeply convicted that this family has nothing to do with whatever criteria of normality, so it’s safer to stay away from them, just in case.
Bears: viscose, felt, lace, sackcloth, sawdust, mineral granulate, reinforced thread.
The bears are heavy, and feel hard to the touch. Can stand confidently without any support.
