Red-tailed Hawk-3107
Looks like a fantastic action shot with small rodents involved. Nope. Actually, this is the result of me making a U turn, stopping the car on the side of the road, and getting out of the car in the most stealthy manner I can muster. No luck....... ever. The hawk was perched on a large real estate sign, and as consistently happens, departed the scene immediately.

This art nouveau house can be found in the Jewish quarters, Josefov, in Prague. It was built in 1905-06 and designed by the architect Bedřich Bendelmayer.
Even if it is somewhat useless, it's good looking which is what really seems to matter in this world:)

The Heidelberger Platz subway station was built as a subway station between Wilmersdorf and Dahlem, today's subway line U3. The opening of the station, abbreviated Hb, took place on October 12, 1913.
The city of Wilmersdorf, as the builder of the railway, was striving to express its prosperity with the subway and arranged for all stations in the city area to have stone supports instead of steel. The stations themselves are fundamentally different from each other and do not refer to equivalent characteristics such as shape and equipment.

The Nord/LB administration building was built between 1998 and 2002 and designed by the architectural firm Behnisch, Behnisch & Partner.
The 18 floors of the high-rise do not follow a strict rectangular arrangement, but are arranged in blocks and twisted against each other. With the exception of the top three floors, there are no two identical ceilings in the tower: the floors are not only partially twisted against each other, but also set back from each other. The tower is stabilized, among other things, by the adjacent parts of the building and a continuous fire shaft running to the rear. However, two steel composite supports carry the majority of the load. They are therefore 1 m thick and partly run outdoors for balance reasons. To prevent the supports from shortening in low temperatures, they must be heated in winter.
U Bein Bridge in Burma located near Mandalay specifically in the city of Amarapura in Myanmar. It's one or maybe the longest wooden bridge with a length of 1,2 kilometers, and was built around 1850. A few minutes from the bridge, there is a old monastery that you can visit, every morning the monks do a procession that's worth to see (no pictures allowed there).
