The guy on the horse started laughing and "charging" me, soon after he saw me taking this shot.
Cleaning up some photos I never got around to posting.
Today I went to the park with my two oldest boys. They convinced me to go into the woods and follow the path. It was a much harder walk but it was very peaceful and cool. We crossed this bridge.
The 170ft Schofield Ford bridge, as it stands now, was built in 1997. The original bridge was built in 1873 but was destroyed by fire in 1991. It is a town truss bridge, made of hemlock and oak.
