“Deus Ex Machina” public art sculpture by Sebastien Boyeson at The Riverfront, Newport (south Wales). He created this sculpture using digital laser scanning of actual objects which are then reassembled as ‘slices’ to re-create the illusion of three dimensional form. The sculpture is intended to be very theatrical because of the way that it changes as the viewer walks around it.

I spent way to much time editing this photo today and I didn't even do that much to it! I'm definitely going to have to try and cut down on my post processing time.

Sunrise view from the rooftop.
Bracketed shots of 0.7 EV.
Optimized in LR, merged in Photomatix and optimised in CS5.
In this case I exaggerated the sky quite a bit for a more dramatic effect.
From this point the sun rises from the direction of the city of Delft.
The Gorillapod I used here is excellent, 'coz I can just place it on the edge of the rooftop window. Of course I am holding it a little. I wouldn't like to risk it to tumble over and end up at ground floor level. The remote control helps me avoid camera movements. Steady shot is switched off for better sharpness.
This was one of my favorite museums ever. This is the lobby as viewed from the third floor. The reflection is the central skylight. This is also a TrueHDR iPhone photo. This time if you look closely at some of the people, you'll see that HDR a kind of double exposure.
Taken on an iPhone through the conservatory window using TrueHDR software. Sorry about the reflections, but that Sky could not be missed!
As it's the first Sunday of Advent I thought I would add a slight Christmasy feel to todays photo.
