One SB800 on light stand on subject's right with home-made strip reflector (folded piece of metal sheeting), set to manual (not sure exact setting).
One SB800 from behind/above subject, fired through home-made snoot/reflector (made from food pot lined with aluminium tape, with different lids with Rosco gels glued onto them for quick colour changes. One of the best light mods I've made!)
Flashes triggered by Calumet radio triggers (fantastic).

With total disregard of any scientific method, I just soldered a ~17 cm stump of wire onto the existing antenna. Hopefully it'll improve reliability for these triggers. Waiting for the AAA batteries to charge, then taking it for a test run.
This picture shows that Disney didn't have anything on the Roy Rogers and Trigger marketing machine.
Got around to testing a set of Simpex Pro23 studio strobes, triggered wirelessly. Used just two strobes, one with a silver umbrella reflected on the camera left, and a 20 inch softbox on camera left.
I am hoping that the shooting mood is up because
1) My one and only niece, Zoe is here!
2) One week school break!
3) My sister will her old laptop to me!

I am currently going back to some older images and seeing if any images are still worthy of processing or re-doing. I came across this image of Trigger strutting his stuff and was surprised I missed it first time around.
Jimbo came over the other night and we decided to do some experiments with the light. We're so lucky we have this small corridor... :)

A laser trigger was set up to take photos (and fire a flash) of everyone who passed through the doorway of the code.lab space.
The images were then sent to a computer which analyzed them as they were received and attempted to detect faces. (badly)
