On the portraits of Tara alone, I added a shoot through umbrella to the camera right with another 150 W/S strobe, and a hair light with barn doors - 110 W/S behind and above to her right. Technical for Strobist:

Jo refused for her photo to be taken so after positioning my Canon 7D and hooking up my wireless remote I triggered the camera from another room as soon as she turned around. The rapid 8fps got about 6 shots before she screamed and hid her face again.

High Speed Photography using a Trigger Trap flash adapter with dongle.
Setup: Light stand with trigger trap flash adapter, speed light, dongle attached to iPhone using the Trigger Trap app on sound activation. One balloon suspended overhead. Sharp object to pop balloon. This time a dowel with a sewing pin taped to the end, with a black sock hiding the stick. And one very patient person ready to pop the balloon in the dark. Camera on Tripod with remote. Camera on bulb mode, F4-7 it varied during the project. 85mm lens, and the final photo was cropped to only 1/10th of the whole photo. Garage was completely dark. All windows covered with black table cloths, zero light leaks. Kiddy pool below the balloon to catch the water. Flash camera right, Sharp stick camera left, camera center about 10' away.
Had one person man the lights, another at the camera, one to pop the balloon. Lights off, Camera triggered in bulb mode, person pops balloon, pop activated flash after we heard the splash we released the trigger ending the exposure. Rinse and repeat. Balloon were water filled, some with colored water, some with glitter. My whole house now sparkles as we keep tracking it into the house from the garage.

The roller coaster ride of emotions at times erupts out of the blue. Other times, it is just usual and regular. The intensity and nature of emotions depend on the human nature and varies from person to person. Convulsions of emotions are human, we all go through spasms of sentiments. The catch, however, is the outcome of these emotions which might be inimical. People go berserk and are worked up owing to some situations which are unsuitable for them. Such reactions cause problems and awkward situations for others. It is simply objectionable to run riot of emotions without acknowledging the state of things around you and noticing people. I think this first experiment really shows and proves the capailities of Pixel Flash triggers. D80 on M with 1/200 speed f/4.0 Aperture both flashes on TTL BL mode, no further adjustments! No more Questions your Honour :-)
This is a shot that you can not do with AWL/CLS. And its much easyier then Strobe-ing on Manual.

Some play with lights and shadows not to forget the BOKEH. This nearly unedited, I just pushed the vibrance slider in Lightroom up to +50 and that's all. =)

Does the PC port of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc inspire hope, or has it driven Tim to despair? Or, well, more despair.
So, I bought Cowboy Studio triggers a good while back, and I never really got to put them to good use with some outdoor photography. We decided to go down to Blairsville's skatepark for a bit later in the day, and I got to snap some good skate shots. Enjoy!

This card was made for my father-in-law who’s having his 93-year-old birthday soon.
The elements were mainly inspired by current Moxie Fab World’s Tuesday Trigger Challenge - Vintage Vagabond (www.moxiefabworld.com/2013/06/tuesday-trigger-vintage-vag... ).
I was quite glad to dig out several Brilliance metallic inks, which I haven’t used for decades, to make this card! It is a pity that the photo did not do justice to the metallic effect which is quite pretty in reality! To my surprise, the vintage images fit quite well to the CAS style!
All stamps are by Papertrey Ink!
