Outside the Triangle, which despite being new retains its original front which (mostly) survived the IRA bomb. There's a big screen which usually has BBC1 on it (although not today as it was FA Cup Final day) along with some statistics, like the weather.
Taken for Active Assignment Weekly - The Organic and Graphic Juxtaposition
I had so many ideas for this week and just didn't get to do them but this was one I came up with when looking for ideas on google images. The original was done with a kiwi, but I prefer the circular-ness of the orange.
Anyways, pretty straight forward. I used a whiteboard as the background, and used a compass to measure 60 degree angles. In Lightroom I just bumped up the exposure and contrast a little.

i started this shawl in february but put it aside shortly after. i picked it up again in july and couldn't put it down. this is the second lace shawl i've made this year with sport weight yarn, and i'm sure i'll be making more. i'd recommend this pattern to anyone!
My second trip to an abandoned Titan Missile base out in Colorado. Taken over a year ago. Absolutely love this place.
My second block for Betty for the Threads Together Quilting Bee. This one is troublesome. Seeing I would run out of gray, I decided to wing it with the other fabrics, but I’m worried it’s going to stand out too much in a bad way in the quilt. You can feel free not to use it, or I’d be happy to make another if you send me more fabric. Gah, I feel like a total bonehead with this one!
This is an exhibition design project I did recently. The exhibition topic is based on the Mystery of the Bermuda Triangle. My main concept behind the entire design is 'disappearance', as you can see the exhibition booth has been design is such a way that it looks like a half way sinking ship ... in addition, i also applied the graphical effect of objects with dotted outline on the display panel, as another approach of 'disappearance' on the visual... hope u will like the design :)
The Golden Triangle (Burmese: Shwe-Tri gan; Chinese: 金三角; pinyin: jīn sān jiǎo; Thai: สามเหลี่ยมทองคำ; Vietnamese: Tam giác Vàng) is one of Asia's two main illicit opium-producing areas. It is an area of around 950,000 km2 that overlaps the mountains of four countries of Southeast Asia: Myanmar (Burma), Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand. Along with Afghanistan in the Golden Crescent and Pakistan, it has been one of the most extensive opium-producing areas of Asia and of the world since the 1920s. Most of the world's heroin came from the Golden Triangle until the early 21st century when Afghanistan became the world's largest producer.[1]
The Golden Triangle also designates the confluence of the Ruak River and the Mekong river, since the term has been appropriated by the Thai tourist industry to describe the nearby junction of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar.
Starting off with hard themes this year. Luckily my son was getting ready to eat these Doritos and I knew I had my picture! Added a little bokeh texture to give it a festive feeling.

The basis for this set of four intersecting triangles is a cuboctahedron. I also added 3 grey Geomag rods at the basis for support.

The assignment for this fortnight in Studio 26 is triangles in composition. Part of that is analysis of photos we've already taken, or take for the assignment.
The original post for each of these assessments is linked in the comments, with all photos also in the set.
I wanted to add depth and a different element than I have before in my photos.

Triangles
Three triangles of birds crossed
Over the enormous ocean which extended
In winter like a green beast.
Everything just lay there, the silence,
The unfolding gray, the heavy light
Of space, some land now and then.
Over everything there was passing
A flight
And another flight
Of dark birds, winter bodies
Trembling triangles
Whose wings,
Frantically flapping, hardly
Can carry the gray cold, the desolate days
From one place to another
Along the coast of Chile.
I am here while from one sky to another
The trembling of the migratory birds
Leaves me sunk inside myself, inside my own matter
Like an everlasting well
Dug by an immovable spiral.
Now they have disappeared
Black feathers of the sea
Iron birds
From steep slopes and rock piles
Now at noon
I am in front of emptiness. It’s a winter
Space stretched out
And the sea has put
Over its blue face
A bitter mask.

Montargis is a commune in the Loiret department in north-central France. The town is located about 110 km (68 mi) south of Paris and 70 km (43 mi) east of Orléans in the "Gâtinais" region.
This little city has an old historical past which can be seen in the city centre, but also modern architectural buildings.
