Crows Ash tree trunk, trees were logged and milled as timber was good quality and high value.

Caught this calming scene of a dead tree trunk, surrounded by mist bathing in morning sunrays.

Bled Island is what remains of an Ice Age limestone moraine covered with trees in a glacier hollow. It is the only real island in Slovenia. On the south side of the island is a 99 step stone staircase which leads to The Church of the Assumption.

You can get to the island by "pletna", a boat with a rounded arc-like roof conducted by one rower with two oars. These boats are used only in Bed.

This tree is usually partly under water but the creek is dry
