WIT: I was taking an autumn walk in the woods, and it was a lovely sunny day, so the shadows showed some depth, I thought. In post, cropped and brightened the colours slightly
New day, new lens :) Captured with my new Olympus G Zuiko Auto-W 20mm f/3.5 lens mounted on my Sony A7S II with a Fotodiox Olympus Pen F to Sony E-mount adapter. I picked up this little lens for only $15 dollars at an antique store last week. The lens was made for Olympus Pen F half-frame cameras so it doesn't give me full coverage on my full frame Sony, but if you've been following me for any amount of time you'll know that I'm kind of obsessed with vignettes, so I don't mind.

Mother Fairy ::
"Girls!!!
How many times have I told you that you can NOT throw your dancing shoes up in the tree like that!
The laces get all tangled together and it takes your poor Father Fairy and I forever to get them down again.
If you don't start lining them up nicely in a row here at the base of the tree, there'll be no more dancing for you, Missies!!!"

In the tradition of "Fence Friday" this would be "Fallen Tree Across Your Path Covered With Snow Friday" Ha Ha. Taken on 14 Jan 2018 near my home outside Marietta Ohio.
Two Cockatoos, raiding a Citrus tree. The more the bird at the top moved out, the more the branch sagged. It was very amusing to watch their antics, not without a bit of quarrelling.

Wonderful natural forest with giant trees you can see along the "Old Mecklenburger Wanderweg" in the National park "Darßer Urwald" on the peninsula Fischland-Darß-Zingst.
