These colors remind me of the now de-funked Seattle Supersonics ( OKC Thunder)

On a rainy summer's day

Decided to take a few pictures around the property where my wife and I live.

β€œThere is nothing in the world more beautiful than the forest clothed to its very hollows in snow. It is the still ecstasy of nature, wherein every spray, every blade of grass, every spire of reed, every intricacy of twig, is clad with radiance."

Most people don't but I do. Snow, skiing, snowshoeing, skating, and the cold, I can't get enough of it. I would pick a winter vacation in a winter destination before I would ever pick a beach....but only if I could go inside once in a while.

A bit of neighborhood erotics...nothing that Uptown children don't see everyday, however!

It's true that you probably wouldn't have the outfit on the left on display in the shop window in every part of New York City. Says something about different cultures. One could argue that these kind of displays provide unofficial anatomy lessons...

I'm particularly struck by the androgynous look of the mannequins vs. the sexy, revealing feminine outfits.

I've been saving this for today, Valentine's Day!

I miss doing black and white, so here is one :)

Sometimes I care too much about what people think that it gets in the way of me doing what I want. Why???

Only a few sure things in life. One of them; the sun will rise again tomorrow.

I think this snowfall today is best we've had since two winters ago, and I just love a snowy landscape!

Over a long weekend a Danish photographer and I set out for an extended road trip from Copenhagen up into Sweden. Over the following several days we moved from the warm southern regions into the frozen midlands. These are the photos from that journey.

Oil, yarn, tree branches, no frame needed

February 25, 2010

A red-tailed hawk eating its just caught prey near the Hudson River in New York.

Decided to take a walk this afternoon around the property my wife and I own. I snapped a number of pictures of trees.

Seems bird flock to this day each day, shortly before sunset. Today I was east of the tree and had the clouds for a backdrop. There appears to be something in the tree for food

Today, I walked around my housing compound after I came back from school as a way to release stress. Even though there are no leaves on the tree, the branches make a cool shot nonetheless.
