I felt like my past images were going a bit overboard in the contrast area, so I rebelled against it.
I feel I have a bad habit of just laying in interesting places... My goal for tomorrow's image is to have me actually doing something. If it isn't I expect you to send me hate mail. Thanks!
This one is all about textures and contrasts. The strong sunlight on a cold day gave a good effect.

It's often said that our images are a reflection of ourselves. Given that, I thought this might be fun. Here's a little haiku.

I saw this old tree that had lost about half of its base. Shadows and sun, textures and bright green winter grass. I like it. Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens.

I am a huge fan of Peter Lik and have found inspiration in his images, so it was pretty cool being able to see and shoot the iconic 'Tree Of Life' in Portland's Japanese Gardens. The leaves are just starting to turn color now, but should be a kaleidoscope of colors in the next two or three weeks.

Polaroid Week Day 1 (captured 10/21/18)
Built in 1974, The Wells Fargo Plaza Tower in Bloomington, MN had a revolving floor and heliport installed on the top floor, but they could not find a restaurant tenant to occupy the space, so both were decommissioned and the floor became regular office space. Boo.
Listening to the wonderful, soothing music of Jobim... trees reflected in the Illinois River Watershed at Cave Springs, Arkansas.
