I caught a mouse in my house last night, with a "cage-like" live trap...I'm keeping it until I find a place where he can live, possibly far from my kitchen

I spent some time at work with famed conservationist Rodney Jackson this week, who uses trap photography to track and document snow leopards in the Himalayas. We played with his trail cameras a bit -- not to capture anything as cool as snow leopards -- but we did find some interesting overnight visitors on property.

I may have to get one of these and play with it some more!

Emmitt is starting to realize he's got a problem. He likes shiny things... so much that he's distracted by them... and unfortunately, at times, he's so surrounded by them he's unable to focus on the more mundane responsibilities of his life. In a sense, he's become a prisoner to them... paralyzed by the lure of each shiny thing lurking around the corners of his life.

Every spring, when the carp are spawning, and the heavy rains come, carp get washed in to the New Market Flood Control waterway. The fish get trapped - the exit is blocked by a dam that prevents the fish from making it to the James River and it impossible for them to make it back in to the ponds, lakes and streams they came from. So when the waterway dries up they die. I have tried for years to get help to save them but since they are a predator fish, Fish and Wild Life Management does not want to put them back in to the ponds, lakes, rivers, and stream.

Sorry about the poor quality - the reflections and lighting were not the best.

An old lobster trap, washed up on the beach below the Sea Sand and Stars cottage.

The beach is accessible by a short (50 meter) trail leading from the backyard of the cottage.

Send help! I am stuck under this stool and can't get out and my mom is busy taking pictures!

A clever little contraption, possibly to collect snails, possibly small fish. The point is you take whatever turns up in the trap and put it in a big steaming pot and enjoy.

Sometimes I wonder if these walls know my deepest secrets,

from whom I love, to who I fall asleep with.

Can they see my sadness, my raging madness,Can they hear my breathing, or my footsteps leaving?

Sneaking out my window 'cuz I'm tired of my parents screaming.

Louder than Metallica playing with a symphony.

Louder than crowds in the eighties screaming for Tiffany.

I feel secluded, my thoughts feel polluted.

So I escape to music 'cuz I think it's therapuetic, and,

this whole world can hate or love me, or think i'm ugly,

'cuz unlike my friends these walls wont judge me.

These walls wont betray me, these walls are like my safety.

But sometimes I feel like these walls drive me crazy.

They enslave me or chase me by myself.

this is how i feel trapped inside

This young pigeon flew into the chemist's shop and tried to escape through the shop window...

Ghosts do exist. We must trap them into magnetic cages, so to avoid their influence on evil humans. Do not fear them if you are good hearted.

Gli spettri esistono ed e` bene relegarli in trappole magnetiche prima che si ribellino e prendano il sopravvento sugli umani malvagi. Chi puo` scagliare la prima pietra non abbia timore.
