The heritage tramway in Christchurch is currently the only tram operating in New Zealand. The route opened in February 1995 to cater to the tourist market and operated until the 2011 earthquake damaged the tram circuit. The tramway reopened in November 2013 on a limited route. A new extended route opened in February 2015.
Used to be Jasper Tramway, now it is called Jasper SkyTram

A side on view; the large building behind the tree were the main offices for Walthamstow garage, now converted into flats. The entrance to the garage was just past this building, in front of the house, where the garage itself once was.
Un second prolongement à l'ouest, à travers Colombes, permettant ainsi une correspondance avec la ligne de tramway T2, est prévu.
Ces jolis trams appelés « Remodelado » remontent aux années 1930 et seraient, en temps normal, dans les musées d’un grand nombre de villes. Toutefois, ils font partie intégrale du réseau de transports en commun de Lisbonne.
Ces tramways historiques sont toujours utilisés, car l’itinéraire emprunté par le tramway 28 n’est absolument pas approprié aux trams modernes : la route contient des virages bien trop serrés et des changements de pente trop abrupts.
