Here is a metal fish that is embedded into the wooden staithes along the River Hull.
This is part of the Hull Fish Trail which gives a sort of guided tour of the town. Just follow the fish!
The Monsal Trail – 8.5 Miles of Blissful Views
The Monsal Trail is a traffic-free path running for 8.5 miles between Combs Road in Bakewell and Blackwell Mill in Chee Dale, in the heart of the Peak District National Park.
The path follows the former track of the Midland Railway Line, constructed in 1863 to link Manchester and London. Its route ran through the beautiful Wye Valley on the orders of the Duke of Devonshire, who refused permission for the railway to run through his land close to Chatsworth House. The railway closed in 1968 and was converted into a pedestrian trail in 1981.

This is a building that is supposed to be the old bath house in Standardville, Utah, a ghost town in Carbon County. This is when we were hiking up the trail to it.

Bay Roberts, Newfoundland and Labrador
Like a magic eye, the longer you looked up the more you could see. Unfortunately this looked better on the camera than it does on the PC. I've had a play in Photoshop to see if I could make it look any better, but this is the best I got. A 20 minute single exposure, taken in 'Bulb' mode. Unfortunately I don't have a remote shutter release or anything, so this was taken with the tripod sat outside the car and my finger pressed on the shutter the whole time - and at -3 degrees it was hard work! It also explains why the trails are wobbly too, must have knocked the tripod slightly when trying to change which finger I had on the shutter...
Either way, it was an awesome way to spend an hour, doing nothing, just looking up. Saw loads of shooting stars!
Trail camera photos around my "deer feeders". Not all the critters in the woods got the memo stating that they were DEER FEEDERS.

The "Felsenweg" was pronounced "Hiking Trail of the Year" in Germany in 2005. It runs parallel to the "Saar-Hunsrück-Steig" fot a total of 7 km.
The trail is 13,5 km long and runs through hilly terrain with several challenging ascents (highest point 560 m, lowest point 352 m) and a therefore to be categorised as moderately difficult. Pure walking time totals roughly 4 hours."
A beautiful, varied and eventful trail!!!
