I shot a track day for a friend of mine today. Was good fun.
Thought I'd share one or two.
Aston Martin DB9, 470bhp V12, 0-60 in 4.6 seconds. Top speed 180+mph.
Audi R8, 414bhp V8, 0-60 in 4.4 seconds. Top speed 185+mph.
Ferrari 360 Modena, 400bhp V8, 0-60 in 4.5 seconds. Top speed 183mph.

One of our older customers still runs this road track frame reguarly. We built it in 1958, althouth its seen a few resprays since then.

This fits my mood. 100-101 degree fever last two days, no other symptoms except joint pain, can't take aspirin or ibuprofen or tylenol because of this stupid allergy. Boring and stupid.

Track laying at the Leighton Buzzard Narrow Gauge Railway to re-instate the section of line between Stonehenge Works and Mundays Hill. When the line was in commercial use part of the section was double track and the opportunity has been taken to extend that distance. The regular, volunteer track gang are being assisted by a team from Transport For London. These people have been recruited and trained to maintain the Elizabeth Line (formerly Crossrail) but as yet trains are not running.

There are train tracks that run through Lakewood and into Cleveland right behind my apartment, and I have always loved shots with train tracks in them, so I imagine I will return here often!
I wanted to get a shot with light trails going both ways, so there was some trial and error involved, since it was hard to see the traffic coming from a few hundred feet away in the driving snow!
