I work in a 17th century hall about 200 yards from this. I live a few miles from the Cambridge colleges, some of the best architecture in Europe.

Cuyahoga Valley National Park lies along the Cuyahoga River between the Ohio cities of Cleveland and Akron. The Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath Trail is a restored section of the canal's original towpath. In the park’s north, the Canal Exploration Center details the 19th-century waterway’s history. Towering Brandywine Falls is one of several waterfalls. The Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad runs through the park.
A typically muddy trail between the canal and the Potomac River. You have to be alert because the loaded bike often fishtails when navigating mud and if you aren't, there's a good chance you'll wind up in the river or the canal with the pond scum!
Towpath maintenance is borderline adequate but apparently the national parks branch has cut maintenance staff so it could be better. The mud is the result of a much wetter-than-normal spring.
