I usually get something basic but with a toothpaste that protects and whitens (gotta' compensate for the red wine).

Floss is also important. Brand doesn't really matter, but tooth decay does, folks.

I've thought for a few days about this one, and besides listing the obvious list of New Year's resolutions (of which I have many!!) I've been battling my over-reacting mind this week with a stupid fear of the dentist! Being 38 weeks pregnant with baby number 3 has played havoc on my once perfect, cavity-free pearlies. Now I am horrified to need lots of work, starting this Friday! Anyway, I am planning on resolving my fear of the dentist, and as my 3 year old said; 'There are no scary monsters there mummy.' I just needed a little perspective....

These Tiny Things can each be knit up in under and hour for maximum cuteness with minimum yarn!

This is a great little find for kids to have some fun with, bursting those little pink bubbles open by squeezing so the "toothpaste" pops out, as seen on the very top. Also called the Peptol Bismol slime mold for obvious reason.

I'm amazed by how many different toothpaste product lines Colgate now put out. I counted 16! It's insane - there's no need for that much choice.

I went for the cheapest one.

Tried out a flash diffuser for the first time that I bought recently through ebay. Have to say for me anyway it does make for a nicer soft shot.

Thanks to globalization I can brush my teeth just as I would back home with my favorite toothpaste: Salt toothpaste ("Sole-Zahncreme" in the original) from Weleda. It's natural tooth brushing at its best. Weleda has a number of other toothpastes, but I like this one the best because it's not sweet (smelling). Yeah.
