Just seconds after this photo was taken, the sky took on a deep gold tinge. However, I am saving Gold-Toned Sunset for another time, since it is otherwise very similar to this view. Photo taken several days ago in Northeast Ohio.

Out on the road there are fireflies circling
Deep in the woods, where the lost souls hide
Over the hill there are men returning
Trying to find some peace of mind
I spend a lot of time in the woods..
I took quite a few shots whilst down at Meadfoot beach the other evening and I tried out some long exposures as the sky was throwing up some nice cloud formations like this one with the clouds streaking away from me. After some editing this is what I came up with so please let me know what you think with your comments and or Faves. Thanks

Nice green scene seen in Fiskars. It's a interesting little village to spent a day in summer.

First shots with the new Olympus OMD M1. For this one I applied the "Dramatic tone" Art filter to test it.
Too "bad" for me.
Kallitype on Hahnemühle Platinum Rag,
developer: mixed Potassium oxalate/Sodium acetate 2:1
The difference between these two toners is marginal after this developer.
