after trying out many different configurations, i came to the conclusion, this was the best. the moleskin provided a cushion beneath my toe so the impact when running was softened.
i was so happy i was able to run three miles last night after taping up my toe.
lol, I finally picked which photo to post. thanks kim, hah. this photo was fun. It took a while but I enjoyed taking them. I had to combine all of my photos together, to produce THIS! The outcome looks pretty good, in my eyes:)
I kind of like how the grain worked with the bottom of her foot, it is like little toe prints. I think I am going to leave it like that - I'll prime it so it is a consistent texture but I am going to leave the ridges. :( I wanted to do a glove mold so there wouldn't be a seem line.. but the space between the toes will be a problem. I'll have to figure out the best way to deal with that.

More on this after the jump...I got a few compliments on my feet last night. Always appreciated and I do it for the "toe voyers".
I missed the tongue; it would have otherwise been titled "Toe Licker".
The young lady on the other end of this foot was showing her goat at the 2009 Wisconsin State Fair. She was reading a book next to her goat and didn't seem to mind the goat sniffing her toes.
