Was out and about twice today (I know!!). Early this morning garnered me some misty moody shots. Sadly rather too misty and moody to be much use.

This afternoon I took Lily up to the woods where the toadstools are beginning to appear in numbers. I furtled about rather a lot in the undergrowth, much to her disgust - she kept coming back to look for me. I like this shot because I think the torchlight makes them look like little lamps.

Yet more fungi !

Parasol mushroom - Holkham Dunes

This looked like three generations of toadstools from young to old and withered. I didn't have my ID manual with me nor did I pick one to study so I don't know what they are.

The toadstool may be an Ink Cap.

This tiny toadstool was growing in the moss on an old tree. Any ID info would be most welcome!

This little toadstool is just pushing it's way up through the barkdust. I have never had these before.. It's been a strange year. Maybe a little leprechaun will be next :-D

Bethan didn't want to miss out on toadstools either.
