Grabbed this sitting at the light of Las Vegas Blvd and Spring Mountain whilst watching the cabs go by. Encore and Wynn sit in the background. What percentage of our lives are spent sat in traffic? I know what ever the amount, it's too much!
Hope you had a good weekend.

It's nicer to handle than my old camera. The body is bigger so it fits in the hand a bit better. Some of the controls are a bit weird, but that's just a matter of getting used to them. It feels much more solid. The shutter fires with a satisfying clunk.
I'm not sure if the image quality is any better. It seems better but I have no real basis for saying that. I have noticed some chromatic aberation which I hadn't seen on my old camera. That doesn't make a lot of sense because I using the same lenses. I'll have to go back and check.
So far I'm very pleased and I enjoy using it. I keep picking it up and playing with it. It makes me want to get out and take some photos which is the whole point.
I created this for a magazine cover at work but it never got chosen, alas, I've decided to share with you all...

Taken from the ramparts of Caernarfon, looking down at the shops, I thought it'd make a great tiltshift shot. I like the colours that came about during processing. Taken using an iPhone and Hipstamatic, and then post-processed using TiltShift Generator on the iPhone and then Photoshop on the mac.
Caught the last few innings of the game and watched the Red Sox sweep Manny. And the other Dodgers too, I suppose.
