I give the food at ION's Itacho Sushi a respectable A2 but its service gets a straight F9. They messed up my order of this salmon belly sashimi not once but twice and served me salmon sushi instead. The second time round, I politely asked the waitress what it was she placed on the table and she actually raised her voice at me.
