Honestly, looking back now I am amazed at how many pictures like this I took. I mean, how many pictures of the streets of suburban Deutschland does one really need? But, this was my first time in Germany and I really didn't expect to love it so much. Who knew that the country who is most famous for its cars, beer, and one of the darkest periods in human history could be a place where I could find such wonderful friendly people and peaceful, cozy little towns?

When I was a kid my parents took me to a place called Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I got this little skeleton guy while I was there. Since that time he has warded off every bad spirit that has come my way. You can see the look in his eye. It's the look that says, "Fuck off bad spirits." Trust me, they listen. It's not because of his bad ass attitude. It's because he was forged in flame from metal straight out of hell. Every day he be killin' it.
