The rocks here are near vertically bedded, and have layers of varying hardness, so the waves sculpt these miniature caves, which are much sought after homes for various small creatures.

Wilsons Promontory National Park

Agate Beach, Bandon, Oregon

Women from Sagar Village now settle to their normal lives after every year's inundation due to heavy rainfall and tidal flood effecting huge economic losses.

The sea is whitened by the tidal race, the stacks by the gannets.

Ventured out to Wilsons Promontory over the weekend in hope for some great dramatic weather, this one was taken at Tidal River. Definitely going back here to camp overnight and chase the sunrise

Inspired by a roadtrip to the Isle of Skye Scotland, famed for some awesome sunsets I have tried to capture the intense reds and oranges that streaked across the darkening sky, lighting the breaking waves below.
