Yes, these three zebras are as numerous as the three musketeers.
Its not easy to describe how good it feels to wear my favourite blouse and skirt combination. I adore this dark green pleated skirt and it goes so well with this spotty blue blouse and navy heels. At least I hope it does!

Dit jaar weer genoten van drie dagen Plandampf en nog een dagje Harz. Deze Plandampf is waarschijnlijk de laatste in zijn soort geweest, dus erg blij dit weer te hebben kunnen meemaken. De 44 1486, de 44 2546, de 52 1360 en de 41 1144 reden door mist, zon en bewolking diverse (zware) goederentreinen en personentreinen door het Thüringer landschap tussen Eisenach en Meiningen (en Arnstadt). We hebben veel bekende plekjes bezocht, maar ook weer veel nieuwe plekjes gevonden. Toch maar hopen dat er volgend jaar nog zo iets dergelijks wordt georganiseerd.
ENGLISH: This year we enjoyed three days of Plandampf and a day in the Harz again. This Plandampf will most probably have been the last steam event in its kind. So I am very happy to have been able to join. The 44 1486, the 44 2546, the 52 1360 and the 41 1144 ran through foggy, sunny and cloudy weather (heavy) goods trains and passenger trains through the Thüringer Landscape. We visited a lot of known spots, but were able to find some new spots also. Still hoping next year Plandampf or something like it will be organized again.
DEUTSCH: Dieses Jahr genossen wir wieder von drei Tage Plandampf und ein weiterer Tag im Harz. Dieser Plandampf ist wahrscheinlich der letzte seiner Art, also sehr glücklich, das wir dies wieder erleben könnten. Die 44 1486, die 44 2546, die 52 1360 und die 41 1144 fuhren (schwere) Güterzüge und Personenzüge durch die Thüringer Landschaft zwischen Eisenach und Meiningen (und Arnstadt) durch Nebel, Sonne und Bewolkerung. Wir haben viele bekannte Orte besucht, aber auch viele neue Orte gefunden. Ich hoffe immer noch, dass nächstes Jahr etwas Ähnliches organisiert wird.

The fourth generation of the Renault Mégane was introduced in 2013. This is a sporty R.S. model with a 276 hp 1.8 litre engine. A three-door model is no longer available with this generation.

Among their varied gifts, cats have a grand sense of style and an intuitive understanding of the very best places to nap. It was no surprise, then, on a winter day when the sun shone through the window and warmed the snow disk, to find the cat curled up contentedly on its scarlet surface.
Cats are also notoriously contrary creatures. So it was also no surprise to find the cat no longer photogenically napping by the time I returned with a camera. She padded around on the snow disk, unwilling to abandon it but absolutely unwilling to return to napping while I was there.
She did pause in her pacing long enough for me to take one photograph. Three white paws and the Holy Snow Disk.

The Three Sisters mountains as seen from Rte 20 near Sisters, Oregon. I used the occasion to shoot some Infrared film as well.
I not completely happy with the way this turned out. I will have to try again, and work a little harder on composition.

The Three Sisters are an unusual rock formation in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales, Australia, on the north escarpment of the Jamison Valley.
Image Description from historic lecture booklet: "The Three Sisters is considered by Mr. J. S. Diller of the U.S. Geological Survey as probably affording the most interesting for glacial studies in the United States with the exception of Alaska."
