Somewhere in Amemura, three umbrellas emerged.
"As a photographer I’m always looking for elevated spots to shoot from. This picture was taken from the 8th floor of a hotel in Amerikamura, Osaka."

Hi everyone... I want to give everyone an update... I still struggle with chronic pain on a daily basis. I have been without a source of income for several months so if you are in a position to help, I have setup an account to accept donations, even as little as the price of a coffee. Anything would be greatly appreciated. See my "About" page on Flickr for the link. Thank you. www.flickr.com/people/jax_chile/

The Three Patriarchs is a set of three sandstone monoliths on the west side of Zion Canyon in Zion National Park in Washington County, Utah, United States. The three main peaks were named by Frederick Fisher in 1916 for the biblical figures Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
Compilation of three shots of surf scoters in San Diego Bay, San Diego, California, USA. The surf scoter is a large sea duck, which breeds in Canada and Alaska. The genus name is derived from Ancient Greek melas "black" and netta "duck".
With early morning sunshine casting warm golden light, there was a cool blue cast in the shadows I just couldn't cure. But in a way it created a more colourful scene at Three Shires Head. Such a shame I didn't notice the steamy disc across the lens from a warm lens cap, or remember to focus on the scene. But I like the colours in this wintry scene. And I managed not to include the three other togs who were bobbing up and down closer to the old pack horse bridge.

We are still in the South visiting with our newest Grandson 'Luka.' We shall be making our way North again soon.
I suppose this photo of the 'Three Kings' formation might be a metaphor for our travels to visit our newest born. :)
The three peaks in the middle of the image to the left of the tallest tree are called the Three Apostles. From L to R: West Apostle, Ice Mountain and North Apostle. They form the Three Apostles Massif on the Continental Divide in the Sawatch Range in central Colorado. All three are 13,500'+ and Ice Mountain is a few feet less than 14.000'.
