If you're lazy or don't have the time, just read the bold.

I have so many thoughts and ideas bouncing around in my head right now, and by uploading this photo and writing in this little apricot-colored box, I am attempting to clear it.

First, I need to write a little about my 365 project, just so I can vent a little. I'm at a point in the project where I'm having some trouble being creative and where taking photos everyday is slowly becoming a chore. I really hate that and I'm fighting against it as much as possible. Don't take this the wrong way; I am not at all thinking of quitting or anything like that. I've gotten so far and I don't want to give up now. I just can't wait for the day when my stream will be free of photos I don't like, free of last-minute endeavors of coming up with something creative or acceptable. I guess that's really what this project is about - growth and determination in the face of forcing yourself to be creative and different every single day.

Speaking of growth, I was looking at Shae's 365 photo for today and read that she is thinking of getting a film camera. For some reason, that immediately lit a spark in me and I was completely enraptured with the idea of getting my own film camera in the very near future. I was looking at Pentax k-1000's on ebay when I remembered my mom's old film Canon rebel that she never uses and keeps in her closet. I pulled it out and started messing with it, then just decided to stow it in my closet since she doesn't care and I think I might end up loving it. So just be prepared flickr, you may eventually see some film on here. :)

Also, I have really been wanting to say this for a long time: THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON FLICKR. You guys inspire me and help me keep my head above the water.

And lastly, I have been contemplating changing my flickr name. I would feel bad for confusing everyone, but I might really enjoy doing something fresh and different, and to me my name is starting to feel stale. What do you think?

I told you my thoughts, now you tell me yours.

Thought this had a sort of Simpsons opening sequence to it. It's actually the chimneys on the roof top of subsea 7 in Sutton, London, which we visited during the Open House event.

The grey on the lower part is actually part of their rood structure.

A thought that occurs to me frequently: the world's always been "bad"...it's just that, last few decades, for those in "developed" nations, it's been relatively quiet.

If you've been lucky. Or privileged.

But the world's always chaos. This photo was taken during the first Trump presidency. I remember keeping a small journal during the initial days after his winning the election. Three years later...things just went on like they always had. I was taking pictures. I was working, hanging out with friends, making out with pretty ladies, surfing, traveling, eating, living.

I was lucky. Privileged.

I wonder if we're entering a time where none of us will be spared having to actually reckon with the world we live in. Where we'll have to no choice but to choose between the hardship of fighting for a better world over the warm bath of watching the world fall apart from the living room couch.

You are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you.

Just when you all thought I wasn't going through with it. I am currently tackling five completely different figures right now (not including these), so therefore as I attempt to balance how much I work on each one per day you'll have to excuse the small delay with this trio. I was never a loyal fan to the Grand Theft Auto franchise, but GTA V was the first game in many years that blew my mind with all of the fun that it's incredibly detailed open world can provide. The five years that Rockstar spends on each title totally pays off.

They'll be done sooner than later though! Michael and Trevor are already done :)

Some green and stained glass windows for St. Patricks day

"For some time I have thought of writing, but I have hesitated until now, for truly, I feared to expose myself to the criticism of men... for as it is said, 'wisdom shall be recognized in speech, and in understanding, and in knowledge and in the learning of truth.' An Old Irish Blessing

May the road rise up to meet you.

May the wind always be at your back.

May the sun shine warm upon your face,

and rains fall soft upon your fields.

And until we meet again,

May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

I thought I would do the suntan pantyhose thing today! I'm happy I did because these pantyhose feel so good!

I am in a constant dilemma. Will i continue using analogue gear..or not and move completely to digital. It is a question of time and money.

The fun of analogue is here, the fun of digital is also here. But i cannot invest money in both so a decision has to be made in the (near) future.

ow btw press 'L' please, much better on black ;-)

I was walking along the beach when I see this woman walking her dog. I thought this would be a great photo op. I positioned myself closer to the water and starting snapping away as they came closer. I started to kneel to capture a different perspective and that is when this dog stops, sits, and IMO poses for the shot. This sweet animal does not move until I stand up. Remarkable!

More to come this weekend/next week. The 200mm + the 50mm is a excellent couple ! ;-)
