This small painting is part of a collaboration with another artist friend of mine. Sarah Brueck will be making this into a piece of jewelry.
Buddha eyes also know as wisdom eyes can be seen on every buddhist shrine (stupa) in Nepal. The third eye above the brows symbolizes the all seeing wisdom of Buddha.
If you're going to Greenwich Village, I guess, be sure to wear flowers in your hair...
This pastiche costume combines some fetish gear with florals, the all-seeing third eye, a big smile, and a yummy pretzel. Makes sense to me.
This is a shot from the 2007 Village Halloween Parade, taken down in the staging area at the start of the parade on Thompson Street. Sometimes I ride the route if anyone I know has a float running; more often I'll just hang out down there until the weirdness begins to wane.
