I discovered this Quick Curl Skipper in my horde of doll stuff. Had to give her a Growing Up Skipper Body because that’s what I had. I poured hot water over her matted hair to detangle it. Now I’m thinking of rerooting her and giving her bangs. This hair is not that great. Thoughts?
In August 2019 we did a number of water shoots in the Boise River. Back then everyone was complaining about how hot it was. Great photo shoots with awesome models and photographers. We were able to talk the lovely Lupe to join in. The photographers love her - she is such a sweet person, fun to be around, and she has such a great look about her. We definitely need to shoot with her more often!
Thinking big is the beginning of living big. It is the first step on the way to our goals. There might be times when people will tell you that you need to lower your expectations. But that is just because they live a mediocre life. So, don't listen to such naysayers. Listen to your dreams. Thinking big: Learn more. Do more. Become more: ift.tt/1k6ute2
Sometimes people need to know that you are thinking of them!
I love this French Post stamp and I actually found one of the Post's stamps of the town I live in. It looks very similar - I think that Hero Arts did their research on this very professionally!
I used Forest Moss and worn lipstick for the background technique (spraying the inks with water on an acrylic block). I never used to like worn lipstick but once it dries I really love the shade pink it gives. I tried to give this a little bit of an old feel due to the Post stamp being from 1826!
Just Sitting & Thinking...
It is nice to do this now and then, But I don't think we do.
Well I don't think we do it often enough...
It's nice to take some time and just sit and think...so today or this week...
why don't we all just take a little time out and just
Sit and Think and take a little time for ourselves....
Have a great week,,,and as always Thank you for your visits and lovely comments

I'm thinking about Spring a LOT!!!!! Winter can be over anytime now as far as I'm concerned. With February closing, we know Spring has to be just around the corner……………….ok, so we might have to take the long way around. ;^)
Michelle has a little problem with love... Will she learn to love some day? :)

The sun sets tonight behind Canada's Police and Peace officers Memorial Honour Roll. Located on Parliament Hill in the foreground of a commanding view of the Supreme Court Building - which I'm not sure was by design or coincidence - but seems entirely appropriate.
Like many Canadians today, my mind was often drifting to thoughts of my home province of New Brunswick and to all the RCMP officers I've worked with over the years.
Regardless of whatever motivated the killings, there is very little that separates a man who ambushes and kills police officers from the type of gunman who decides to target women, high school students, a religious minority or some other identifiable group. Leave it to the academics to study him, he doesnt deserve a moment of your time.
Sorry for the serious tone but what is photography - if not a channeling of emotion.
