thinking photos on Flickr

had a bit of a macro session today, with my extension tubes. i've been thinking about getting a new lens, the 60mm macro, cause it's supposed to be a wicked sharp portrait lens and also a brilliant macro lens.

now i know i love portraits but haven't done all that much macro, so today i thought i'd concentrate on macro work to see if it was something i would like to do more of, would make more sense getting the lens then. loved it! i didn't realise there are so many wierd and wonderful insects out there. now if i can just figure out how to get the wind to stop blowing... ;-)

this little guy was just chilling out, not doing pretty much anything, looked pretty tranquil to me!

I've been after a lighter coloured cardie for some time and in my humble opinion Boden make the best. It's a light cream which I hope will work with some Summer colours. Either way you can't have too many cardies hehe!
