In English:
If your Yahoo! ID is based in Singapore, Germany, Hong Kong or Korea you will only be able to view safe content based on your local Terms of Service so won’t be able to turn SafeSearch off.
In other words that means, that german users can not access photos on flickr that are not flaged "safe" ... only flowers and landscapes for the germans ...
We will not let this happen! Copy and upload this picture to your account - show flickr who we are!

Can't think of any reason
Don't know exactly why
Must be it's out of season
Give it another try
I'm out here in the meadow
Part of an old stone wall
Stand here because you said so
Waitin' around to fall
Some things are left unspoken
Some things are handed down
The circle stands unbroken
Sendin' it back around
I've seen you roll in clover
Dressed for a scarecrow ball
Too bad the dance is over
Nothin' to show at all
Can't help but feel uncertain
Knowing which way to turn
They want to raise the curtain
And you're holdin' the words to learn
I'm out here in the meadow
Part of an old stone wall
Stand here because you said so
Waitin' around to fall

It's time to rest your mind, it's time to everyone think about what happened this year and what you will do to the next year.

I think it is interesting how power gets put together on a big old railroad. Somehow, a pair of leasor units have been paired together for the Cedar River Local for the past 2 weeks out of Waterloo. It's pretty neat to see a couple of old ex-Soo Line SD60's paired back together again. Here, the girls sit at the roundhouse at Waterloo over the weekend. The Cedar River doesn't work over the weekend much, so the power will sit for a day or so unless needed on M338 for a kicker unit.
These Soo SD60's were in the 1st 21 units order (6000-6020), which were delivered between between August and October 1987. This bunch was returned leased, and some spent time on the INRD. Now, power short CN has them.

When we think of beauty in nature, we immediately think of things that dazzle the senses, a mountain, the expanse of the sea, the beauty of a flower. It is merely the perception of these things which gives us pleasure, and this emotional or effective response on our part seems to be crucial to our experience of beauty.
The beauty of nature can have a profound effect upon our senses, those gateways from the outer world to inside us. Whether it results in disbelief in its very existence or feelings such as awe, wonder, or amazement.
But what is it about nature and the entities that make it up that cause us, oftentimes unwillingly, to feel or declare that they are beautiful?

Personally, I think it's a shame that this type of photo is so utterly oversaturated by "street photographers" that point their DSLRs at every single person that crosses their path, despite having no discernible quality whatsoever, that it has become completely irrelevant. I think it's a shame because it forms the basics of street photography and if done well can be pleasing and interesting on many levels.
One of the things I like about street photography is the challenge to portray the ordinary in an extraordinary way. We can't all be compositional masters, but taking the same photo over and over with a telephoto lens of random people walking towards you from the waist up surely can't be in any way fulfilling? It's not even trying.
Nor can it be fulfilling the empty comments that ensue. When the 'depth of field', 'subject separation', 'nice tones', 'good expression' gratuitous comments are exhausted it then follows to comment only on the subjects attributes, because the actual photo has no merit in its own right. It's not a considered photo that has been taken for any reason, it's random thoughtless snapping.
I have read the opinions of a few of these 'random-people-snappers' and they say how shocking it is, the style of Bruce Gilden and (recently highlighted) Tatsuo Suzuki and how they would only ever treat their subjects with respect etc. yet in their bodies of snaps they have hundreds (from their multiple thousands of almost identical captures) of images of disgruntled people staring into the lens angrily and obviously questioning why they are being photographed. I question it also and wonder what purpose these snaps could ever serve.
Some of these 'snappers' even teach street photography! I've always wondered what the conversation / lesson would go like...
Student: What should I do first?
Master Snapper: Buy an expensive camera.
Student: What about the settings?
Master Snapper: Auto.
Student: Now what?
Master Snapper: Point the camera at a person.
Student: Then?
Master Snapper: Press the shutter button.
Student: What about the composition?
Master Snapper: That is the composition.
Anyway, it's just an opinion. It's all subjective, right?
4th Sunday of Lent
Lord Jesus, think on me
And purge away my sin;
From earth-born passions set me free
And make me pure within.
Lord Jesus, think on me
With many a care opprest;
Let me Thy loving servant be
And taste Thy promised rest.
Lord Jesus, think on me
Amid the battle's strife;
In all my pain and misery
Be Thou my Health and Life.
Lord Jesus, think on me
Nor let me go astray;
Through darkness and perplexity
Point Thou the heavenly way.
Lord Jesus, think on me
When floods the tempest high;
When on doth rush the enemy,
O Savior, be Thou nigh!
Lord Jesus, think on me
That, when the flood is past,
I may the eternal brightness see
And share Thy joy at last.
Lord Jesus, think on me
That I may sing above
To Father, Spirit, and to Thee
The strains of praise and love.
"Lord Jesus, Think on Me"

Bright and bold colour choices. There was a large litter bin just to the left which detracted from the image, hence the crop. I love those silver shoes ...
For the next week the temperatures in Minnesota will be below zero, so I thought I would think spring. This shot, taken on April 22, 1986, finds Dakota Rail ex-Milwaukee Road F7A 81A heading west through Minnetonka Beach, Minn., on the ex-Great Northern Hutchinson Branch. You can see it was warm because the trees are starting to leaf out - rare in Minnesota since that usually doesn't begin until early May. If memory serves Bob Ball was chasing the same train.
Dakota Rail and the branch are gone, but the F-unit is about to become famous. As Aberdeen, Carolina & Western 4500, it is being rebuilt as part of an A-B-A set of Fs for the railroad's business train. You can bet when it's done fans will be all over it!
I think seeing a place is incomplete if we don't have a look at the local culture, people, their lifestyle etc. Hence tried to explore the surroundings of Har Ki Pauri - Haridwar. Typically, like all other tourist places in India, there are many shops selling variety of locally made items for the tourists & the local people. There is a market around & I tried to capture a glimpse of it... This shop is selling items especially used for performing Hindu prayer rituals... U can see the different kind of pots, utensils & many other items made of copper, steel, Brass etc. The white jerricans with red cap on it is used for caring the holly ganges water back home ... (Best viewed in black background - pls press the letter " L " in ur keyboard for that... Thanks )
