ODC2 - Things with wings
I've been busy trying to entertain the kids now when they're on holidays, that's one reason I haven posted for a couple of days. Today we went to te cinema and watched Brave, good movie but I think it was a bit scarey for Ella who ended up in my lap.lol
I shot this after we came home and it had started to get a bit dark outside, so I had to lighten this quite a bit in post, that's why it's sooo noisy. I still like it though

I photographed this hood ornament on a beautiful Morgan automobile but I didnt like how it turned out. I had some bad lighting and shadows that were causing me trouble.
So I removed the color and brought out the detail in the center of the ornament. I like how it turned out

Canadians off shore. This time of year getting ready to migrate and they are in training mode after these months of fattening up. This part of a flock of close to 200 on the water.
I caught this Robin, purely by chance, while on a walk around Damflask reservoir, taking photos of the scenery.......RESULT
This is an excellent stout! I was very impressed!
Here is the description of this fantastic beer from their website
Collectors know that the handmade stoneware pottery produced in Red Wing for generations is of the highest quality, which is how it has become so well-known across America. Each salt-glazed and kiln-fired piece had to meet strict standards before it was stamped with the famous Red Wing logo. Red Wing Brewery produces its beers with that same attention to excellence that can only come from true hand-craftsmanship. Stoneware Stout brings together roasted barley, chocolate malt and oatmeal, and is finished with the choicest hops for a richly-dark and creamy ale worthy of being marked with our own Red Wing logo.
Blythe Physical Challenge #135: Things with Wings
Happy BA Friday! We even found a dress with wings (it has a dragonfly).
We didn't actually buy these so I don't know if they are any good, but we do love hot wings with lots of spicy sauce!
Taken with a Canon 55-250mm IS lens. Type L for a better view.
