Pictured in 2010, the site of the coachbuilding business of my first cousin, Charles John Lait.

Strictly speaking, The Mere at Dawn, with Framlingham Castle in the distance.

Strictly St Rocco's 2022

A postcard image which was copied from an item listed on Ebay, showing the home and working premises of my 1st cousin, 4 times removed. The view is as it was during the 1880's.

"Theme: "RED" "52.5 of 2010" - "Week #51"

Rather delapidated. Of wood, with wooden shingle roof and a thick coat of moss.

past the benches of lovers,

past the dogs pissing on the benches.

She had a red, red dress....

[Anne Sexton "The Red Dance."]

From my regal throne I survey my dominions: my imperial fridge, my rare Ikea bookshelf and my royal flaking wall.

Taken on Boxing Day, 2008 during a family walk around Ellesmere and the Mere.
