A cake made for a horse-themed morning tea at work. I didn't make or decorate the cake... I just took the photos.

I have shoots where they give me things to photograph and never want it back, that means I can do my free photography when I have time, and after that, it goes to the charity shop.

Inspired by Portal & Portal2, and also the excellent Portal2 theme for Rainmeter, I designed a Portal theme for my phone.
The big numbers are the time, the little numbers are the date, and the progress bar shows my battery level in 5% increments, which I hacked together myself using Tasker and a Minimalistic Text Widget. It's basically just a string of "I"s. On the secondary screen, the news and calendar feeds are Glass Widgets, and the functional groups are made with SiMi Folders. The icons come from the MetroStation icon set, until I find or make something more portal-y. The wallpaper I knocked together myself. The launcher is Holo Launcher with a grid size of 5*5 and the notification bar hidden.

Hollywood theme cake for Makayla's school fund raiser auction. Everything edible. Popcorn bag, movie reels and slate board are rice crispy treats covered in fondant. Popcorn is marshmallow. Slate front picture is done with edible paper and ink.
Cactus flowers seem strange when you look at them closely, but I think they look more strange as background to a bird. Bird on a tree is familiar and not interesting. Cactus Flowers without a bird this is something that might interest cacti lovers. The combination of a bird that looks like it is sitting on a tree with flowers on closer inspection is an interesting combination. This photo reminds me of the vegetation in the period of the dinosaurs, as restored in the films according to fossil plants.

פרחי קקטוס נראים מוזרים במבט מקרוב, אבל נדמה שהם נראים מוזרים יותר כרקע לציפור. ציפור על עץ זה מראה מוכר, שאינו מעניין. פרחי קקטוס בלי ציפור זה משהו שיכול לעניין חובבי קקטוסים. השילוב של ציפור שנראית כאילו שהיא יושבת על עץ עם פרחי קקטוס במבט מקרוב הוא שילוב מעורר עניין. הצילום הזה מזכיר לי את הצמחייה בתקופת הדינוזאורים, כפי ששחזרו אותה בסרטים על פי צמחים מאובנים
