When I Was Young I Would Walk/Skate Over The Brooklyn Bridge Twice A Day For 14 Years. (as i went skating in the city) I Never Thought Much Of The Towers,Because They Were Just Always There.. Now That Im Into Photography I Wish i Took MORE Photos Of Them..

The stained glass house, actually plexiglass, installed in the Brooklyn Bridge Park. Was a rather cold night, only one other photog was there when I arrived, waited for him to get his pics, he waved thank you and it was mine while I was there. This was the stand out for me, the shadows make it. The light pole was being a problem until I chose an angle where it back lit the house.

The construction of the Brooklyn Bridge started in 1869 and took 14 years to complete. The day of the inauguration, May 24, 1883, 150,000 people crossed the bridge.

 

Just like the photo of the Queensboro Bridge, this one was taken from the back seat of a moving car.
