I rummaged around and found this left over bottle from my eldest daughter's "Alice in Wonderland" party...tag says "drink me" (but I flipped it over for the shot). For the spot of color I pruned the last remaining berries in my yard.
I went for a slightly darker look as it completely mirrors the sky outside (we are expecting our first rain this entire winter season).
Added Kim's "Awaken" texture at soft light 100% and at multiply at 58%
shot at f1.6, 1/40, iso100 lens: Nikkor 50mm 1.4

The orphanage was built between 1818 - 1825, and for many years was a home for up to 60 children. The building was later converted into a nurses school and finally closed in the 1990's. Plans to convert the building into a new site for the Probation Services ‘residential assessment and intervention programmes for adult males with allegations of, or convictions for, sexual offences involving children’ were proposed and work began. The plans were met with huge objections from locals. Eventually, after £3.7 million had been spent on redevelopment, the plans were dropped. The building has stood unused ever since. The Grade II listed building now has a very strange feeling of brand new mixed with the inevitable decay of disuse.
The owners have gone to great lengths to keep people out, every inch of the external walls covered with remotely monitored CCTV and PIR sensors, with rapid response times from the security guards. All seems a bit overkill for a building that has been left to gradually fall apart in an ever increasing state of decay.

i don't think there is enough room in my head for all the nonsense my professors keep feeding me. or maybe my head isn't in the right place anyways.
i always tell myself i will pick things up tomorrow.
but really, when i get a minute.. i spend it with my camera and photoshop.
my textbooks remain in my bag and my homework goes unanswered.
i'm never prepared and im always behind.
and i am left constantly searching for my mind.
i do it to myself...
on the bright side.
my one class i have is cancelled tomorrow. yay! that means three extra hours to spend... doing homework? =/
famm dinnn tomorrow night
i like to refer to it as my brothers "last supper."
goodnight

Yes, I know this is too busy and distracting but I still found the patterns too compelling to pass up. I'll bet the architects never considered the shadow effects of this combination of elements.
Its interior wall inside Qutub Minar mosque.
Qutub Minar, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Delhi, India. The Qutub Minar is constructed with red sandstone and marble.
Its construction was begun by qutub-ud-din Aibak in 1192 and was completed by Iltutmish.
The Mosque inside Qutub Minar was built using pillars of 27 Hindu temples, demolished at that time.
