Loosely place the lens into the rubber tube which should be longer than the focal length of the lens. Take some photographs and decide how long it needs to be.
Storm at South Gare of the Tees. The dot in the back right is a jack-up rig that was testing the sea bed ready for the proposed wind farm off Redcar. It certainly didn't need to test for wind.
Test shots with the new Pentax WG-1000. The Pentax seems to really struggle with some close up shots I was trying to take, despite me making sure it was in macro mode. Maybe just learning curve issues on my part.

this may look like an accident (and to be sure, the emulsion was applied sloppily), but this is actually a very good thing. i decided that i wasn unhappy with the last successful screen i made, so i am back to experimenting with exposures and positives. this time i used transparencies and overlapped two to see if a doubled image would make for a better exposure. it totally did (note the section from the T through the O in motico). anyway, this is of marginal interest to most people but since i had such a hard time finding photos of the screen printing process, I thought i should post some
TEST LA, organized by the AHF Fall 2015 Interns, focused on reaching out to the Hollywood community, breaking down stigma associated with HIV/AIDS testing, and increasing awareness about the importance of knowing your status. Held on December 5, TEST LA supported the 20x20 campaign, a worldwide call to action to get 20 million people tested by 2020. Guests enjoyed free HIV testing, food, drinks, giveaways, a film screening and panel of special guests, and more!
