A small test piece I created to test the slat deployment mechanism. The challenge was translating push-pull spanwise motion to chordwise motion. The solution was creating spanwise stip that pushes thin strips of paper along a curved (90º) paper track. The resulting mechanism makes for incredibly precise and synchronized motions across multiple slat tracks at the same time (=SUCCESS!). Here you can see the curved lower track.

It's really small, I will need to upgrade..., but it works.
I must say, I’m a huge car nut, but Test Track is a bit underwhelming to me as an attraction in my opinion. Nonetheless, I do like the makeover they gave it last year. This one-off concept car can be seen shortly after entering the queue.
An old school TV test pattern. This is the type of test pattern I remember waking up to when I was young and there was no programming on yet, I would stare at it until something came on - usually at 6 AM.
Testing new Yashica Mat-124G and Reala 100. Processed in Unicolor C-41 kit.
I like the camera and the film! Used meter on camera. Slight post processing after scan to include a little crop, border and cleaned up spots.
This is a test shot for the Olympus group showing the maximum macro magnification of the ZD 70-300 telephoto; it's 2:1. It's only a test and you may ignore it. :)
Testing Flash - Lounging: Taking inspiration from a new dress, practicing more flash setups. Side lit by 20x120 softboxes with Godox AD200s. 8" reflector with Godox V1p for fill light.

Yep. Just testing out how my D7000 and 35mm 1.8 handles having something in front of the lens. It's the first video I've ever made and the first time I've used iMovie. It's so fun to procrastinate with.
The autofocus on my lens can be so loud in the video so I'm thinking I'll have to get an external mic soon. Maybe.
