A technician checks inputs into the hop dosing tanks you see in the background. Yes, there is a technician looking into a computer in the immediate foreground. It is very important to ensure proper doses of all the ingredients to ensure a consistent brew every time. KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. A technician monitors the illumination test results being conducted on the Deep Impact spacecraft as a final check of performance. Launch aboard a Boeing Delta II rocket from Pad 17-B, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla., is scheduled for Jan. 8. The Deep Impact mission is the first to explore a comet's interior by using a spacecraft to create a crater, allowing us to look deep inside. Dramatic images from both the flyby spacecraft and the impactor will be sent back to distant Earth as data in near-realtime. These first-ever views deep beneath a comets surface, and additional scientific measurements will provide clues to the formation of the solar system. Amateur astronomers will combine efforts with astronomers at larger telescopes to offer the public an earth-based look at this incredible July 2005 encounter with a comet. Monday AM, Mediacom's dispatcher called to ask me to meet the technician. I said, "I'm in my house."

I looked out the window and saw the truck pass by on the main road. Then I walked to the back of the house to see the truck on the roads inside the farm. I walked out to the truck to show him my house's location.

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. Spectrum Astro Inc. technicians in Hangar AE at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS) in Florida lower the protective cover over the Swift spacecraft before moving it to the launch pad. The launch of the Swift observatory, a NASA spacecraft to pinpoint the location of gamma-ray bursts, is scheduled for Nov. 17 from Pad 17-A on CCAFS. Liftoff aboard a Boeing Delta II rocket is targeted at the opening of a one-hour launch window beginning at 12:09 p.m. EST. Gamma-ray bursts are distant, yet fleeting explosions that appear to signal the births of black holes. They are the most powerful explosions known in the universe, emitting more than 100 billion times the energy that the Sun emits in a year. Yet they last only from a few milliseconds to a few minutes, never to appear in the same spot again. SAN DIEGO (Feb. 1, 2021) Christine Parrish, a speech-language pathologist assigned to Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) (left), and Arnel Hermogino, a radiologic technician assigned to NMCSD’s Radiology Department (right), observe Ens. Ashley Watson (center) as she performs a swallow study Feb. 1. This swallow study was performed to observe the patient’s swallow mechanisms after surgery, and used a water-soluble contrast, which is specifically for patients with suspected perforation around the esophagus, as it can be absorbed into the body if a puncture is present. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way many facets of healthcare are conducted, and NMCSD has adapted some of its techniques and practices to keep both staff and patients safe while delivering the high-quality healthcare they’ve come to expect. NMCSD’s mission is to prepare service members to deploy in support of operational forces, deliver high quality healthcare services and shape the future of military medicine through education, training and research.
